Hungry Ghost is a selection of poems about self-harm, depression, anxiety, dysphoria, high school, toxic relationships, friendships, falling in love, falling out of love, and falling in love with who you are as a person, despite all the pain you feel. We aren't defined by our skin, our scars, nor our wounds. We feel intense pain, but we also feel intense love. We live drastic lives, and we live beautiful lives. The line between love and pain is blurry and transient and constantly shifting... and that's where you'll find yourself when reading Hungry Ghost.
