The Origins of Persian Words is a Persian dictionary that shows the derivation paths of about 2700 Persian words from their roots, which are mainly Indo-European. These derivation paths are drawn in simple charts in front of each word and go through different languages before reaching the Persian language. A separate list of root words, along with Persian words derived from them, is also provided for reference.
