Inspired Cooking Deux is the sequel to Inspired Cooking, by Clay Morris. Clay is a twenty-four-year veteran of the U.S. Military. After serving on active duty in the Army for over eleven years, he spent another thirteen years in the Louisiana Army National Guard. He retired in 2006 after he completed relief efforts for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
