⭐️ This book is a life story of an ordinary guy who due to his perseverance and willingness to learn became a surgeon and saved thousands of lives. The idea to create an abstract art biography was born during my long conversations with Mr. Russel's wife who I visited after his death. ⭐️
"He'd always been taciturn," Mrs. Russel said to me. "It is unlikely he would ever write his own biography. He knew the exact time of his death. Don't ask me how he found that out. He spent his last hours telling me about his past focusing on key milestones. He wanted his biography book to be published not to be proud of his life activity-absolutely not. My husband was always modest. He wanted to show that there's nothing impossible in our lives and that the greatest thing we can do is to discover our own way.
Mr. Russel quit his office job (he'd been selling pillows and blankets for comfortable sleep) and soon, entered medical school. At that moment, he faced severe financial problems, drowning in debt. But he found the inner strength to carry out his duty. Yes, duty! He felt in his bones that there were thousands of sick people he was empowered to save. Empowered by Nature or Universe or God. Was it a signal from space? I don't know. But I'm quite sure that this biography book must contain not just words, but in addition something persuasive. Like art."
I nodded. Then I said to Mrs. Russel, "Abstract art-that's what we need. Sometimes, words are not enough. Expressing thoughts, you feel you hit a stone wall. You need expression, color, gestures, and dynamics-the elements of abstract art. So, you dive into abstract art and it helps you express emotions and senses much more effectively than words."
Mrs. Russel agreed that abstract art paintings would perfectly add to Mr. Russel's personal history. So, the book is now published.
